- The person must have at least one milch cow or buffalo .
- The applicant must have a bank account in a recognized government bank.
- Those cowherds who have already availed benefit of any government animal husbandry loan can also apply.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 60 years only then he will get the benefit of Gopal Credit Card Scheme.
