Eligibility Conditions & Essential Qualifications
To avail the benefits of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, it is necessary to fulfill some prescribed conditions. The first condition is that the daughter should be born on or after 1 January 2006. This condition has been kept so that the daughters of the new generation can get the benefits of the scheme.
For financial eligibility, the annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh. Also, the parents should not be income tax payers. For application, Aadhar card of parents, daughter’s Samagra ID, bank account passbook, passport size photo, income certificate and Anganwadi registration certificate are required. The certificate is issued to the beneficiary within fifteen days of submitting the application.
